This is an all-inclusive trip. All major expenses, such as scheduled meals, events, excursions, and airport transfers within Puerto Rico, will be covered. We recommend bringing additional spending money for personal activities such as spa services, self-booked excursions, and exploring the downtown area.

THURSDAY: WELCOME TO PUERTO RICO

All Day: Airport Transportation between the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport and Condado Vanderbilt

11:30 AM - 4:00 PM: Hotel Check-in and Relaxation
Should your room not be available, there are plenty of spaces to lounge around the hotel

12:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Coconut Water Bar

6:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Welcome Event on Condado Vanderbilt West Veranda (2nd Floor)

FRIDAY: EXCURSIONS AND CASINO ROYALE

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast Buffet on the 2nd Floor of the Condado Vanderbilt - Patio del Fauna Ballroom
To-go boxes will be available for early activity departures

Morning: Excursion Transportation Begins
Kindly refer to your email for your selected excursion and corresponding time details.

All Day: Excursions around Puerto Rico
All guests are estimated to be back no later than 2:30 PM

SATURDAY: LEISURE TIME AND A NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM

8:30 AM - 5:00 AM: Day at Leisure

Weather

Puerto Rico in mid-May is warm and humid, with daytime temperatures in the mid-80s and evenings in the 70s. Brief afternoon showers are possible. Please note that Thursday and Saturday evening events will take place across a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces.

Packing Tips


Puerto Rico is a beautiful, tropical paradise!
Kindly note that a passport is not required to travel to this island as it is a US territory.
A detailed list of recommendations includes the following:

  • Light travel attire for Thursday and Sunday

  • Two breezy beachwear outfits for enjoying the resort and the surrounding areas on Thursday and Saturday

  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat (sun hat or baseball cap)

  • Bug spray

  • Light rain jacket

  • Swimwear
    Towels are provided by the resort

  • Comfortable shoes for transitioning between the beach, pool, and resort

  • Reusable water bottle

  • Toiletries, prescription medicine, and your travel essentials

  • ATVs, Ziplining, Horseback Riding: Close-toed shoes and comfortable athletic attire you don’t mind getting dirty

  • River Caving: Swimwear layered with athletic attire and water shoes

  • Rainforest Tour: Comfortable walking shoes and breathable summer attire
    If you would like to swim, please bring a towel and swimsuit. Swimming is not required.

  • Golf: Proper golf attire. Shorts and collared shirts are recommended, and rental clubs will be available
